「Check in was a great and smooth experience. The guy checking me in was really kind. And he told me everything I needed to know, how to reach him, WiFi password and details on the room and check out. There was also communication via text hours prior to check in. Everything was clean and put together in the room as well. The only issue I had a little bit was handling the lock on the door. I had a hard time locking it from the outside, so I locked from the inside and closed the door to lock it. 」
