「Shiloh Dwellings did not show up for check in, did not answer calls or emails, and did not provide a code to enter the building. After a resident let me in, Shiloh Dwellings had not cleaned the property after the previous tenant (soiled underwear visible in trash, towels in piles in bath, etc). They refused a refund through Hotels.com citing policy though they were unable to live up to their own instructions for visitors.」

「This place is a SCAM! The deposit is NOT refundable as stated. You first have to make the deposit by Cashapp or Zelle before they give the address or lock code. I have tried for weeks to obtain my refund on the refundable deposit, but they give you the run around. Deposit is not done by Expedia. We followed all the rules for this place and did not leave a mess or break anything. Save yourself some a headache and looks elsewhere. 」
