"Very clean and proper "

"The outdoor commercial cooling tower south west of the underground parking access is extremely noisy and irritating to sleep through. Our French balcony was right above it. So we were not able to enjoy spring weather with pretty views and early birds while having a coffee. "

"Breakfast was great. The security at the hotel was good and it was clean with efficient staff. Unfortunately, was very noisy with lots of activities in the hallway into the early morning. The hotel can’t control this but it dampened the experience. "

"Friendly welcoming service arriving at midnight. Very nice clean rooms, not tired looking with comfortable beds and pillows. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five, it would have been great if they offered a breakfast."

"The hotel was beautiful. However there were some issues. Firstly, we stayed for 3 nights and on the second full day at 2pm our room still had not been cleaned. Garbage was overflowing, so we called the front desk and they said they we were on the list to be cleaned that day. Does housekeeping not come daily anymore at hotels? They came when we left and emptied the garbages, gave us new towels but only made 1 of the 3 beds. We were gone hours so it’s not like the didn’t have time to make the other two beds. On our last night we went to the pool and hot tub with our kids. When we got out all of our skin was itching and dry. My bathing suit was ruined from off balance chemicals. It bleached my black bathing suit to brown. We talked to the front desk and they had maintenance check the chemicals. We were told they were higher and they would give us 10% off our stay. However later after we checked out I received an email from the hotel saying the chemicals were within safe limits. Considering it ruined my bathing suit and all of our skin and hair feels dried out, this cannot be true. "
