「The location is perfect for winding along the beautiful streets and stopping at the shops or local restaurants for a bite to eat. The rooms are exceptionally beautiful and comfortable with all amenities provided that you could need. The breakfast is delicious with all of the accoutrements to perfect the meal included. 「Phew where to start: no lift, room smelt like sewer gas. The carpet was stained. The toilet seat didn't fit properly, the shower took ages to get warm. 」

「This is a very comfortable hotel. We stayed a second time as a couple, to use as a base to visit WW2 sites. Ideal. The staff are very welcoming. Great breakfast available, evening meal if requested. Bar. Near the sea with several restaurants near by, check opening times out of season. Highly recommended.」

「-Accueil froid -Service au bar pour la terrasse extérieure à nous de se lever et de se ramener notre commande tout seul -ascenceur en panne -Toiture de la piscine intérieure qui s'effrite -moisissure sur les mur -Vestiere toilette et douche sans entretien -batisse Normande colombages ce qui pourrait donner du charme mais aucun entretien tout comme le mobilier extérieur en bois qui cloque de partout Très déçu !!! 「Right next to the port. Really clean rooms, particularly the bathrooms. Very helpful. Stayed one night after getting off the late ferry from Portsmouth. I had a problem with my car getting off the ferry. I had to hire a car for my onward journey. The hotel let me use their car park (which was secure and safe - Gated) to store my car until I came back to catch the ferry a few days later. They arranged a taxi for me to the airport to pick up the hire car. I cannot thank them enough for letting me...
