It could be great. We love kitsch motels. If they updated it, did an Americana motif, it would be awesome. But, it's very rundown.
The bed was comfortable though. The staff were very sweet and accommodating. The room was as clean as it could be for as old as it is. Needs paint and lots of work though.
TV only played a few channels. Tiny shower. No hooks to hang the towels on after you use them.
My husband looked at the breakfast and didn't get anything because he said the food looked old.
I want to give a better rating because they were very sweet but just being honest.

It's not fancy but it does the trick. Stayed an extra day because I thought it was a good deal. Lots of extra pillows was nice. I would stay again.
