「The washroom floor was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There were splatters of coffee (?) on the floor that were impossible to not notice.
MORE IMPORTANTLY: I left a $60 item in the room. I know EXACTLY where it was when I left it, yet when I phoned the hotel to ask if I could pay to have it shipped to me, the answer was that no such item was found.
This is disappointing, since replacement of this item will take days, or possibly weeks, if it can be replaced at all. Either the cleaning staff...
