「Everything was wonderful, staff very kind and helpful, food great. The only thing I would change is working hours of the pool as it is open only until 9 pm. I think it should be until 11 pm. 」

「My fifth stay at this hotel and it is a very enjoyable experience. Although the food is in buffet form the standard is very high. The outside dining terrace has splendid views. The new wing adds a third swimming pool which is indoor and outdoor. All pools are heated. The main language used in the hotel is German.」

「Wir hatten fünf Zimmer gebucht, jedoch hatten sie nur eins für uns reserviert, da überbucht und wir mussten zu fünft in einem Zimmer übernachten. Sie waren lösungsorientiert, jedoch nicht ganz mit der IT vertraut.」

「Room was ok, I thought I reserved a full size bed but I found two singles. No big deal though. The carpet in the room was well worn out. Probably good time to replace it. The staff though was great, especially Igor, very nice person and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the parking was tight, very tight. I did not expect a 5 star resort when I booked, so overall 4 stars are appropriate. The best part of all was the location. Fantastic.」

「I found the bed full of ants. I was sleeping and when I opened the eyes, there was full of ants on my charms. They change the room without any help for the dresses. They don’t refound nothing for this problem.」

「Auch bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt im Hotel Vila Rova wurden unsere Erwartungen wieder vollkommen erfüllt. Es war genauso hervorragend wie beim ersten Mal – vielleicht sogar noch besser. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und hochwertig ausgestattet, alles ist makellos sauber und im gesamten Hotel herrscht eine unglaublich angenehme Atmosphäre. 「Inefficiency large breakfast buffet for the number of guests in March. Bed a bit basic, No coffee facilities in room or lobby so 4* questionable in my mind considering the bed. Views from breakfast restaurant are excellent. I did not use the pool. Dedicated parking spaces for hotel were plentiful in March but probably insufficient in July/August. 」

「5 Sterne Hotel, das jeden Stern verdient. Sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel. Sehr zuvorkommendens und freundliche Mitarbeiter, außergewöhnliches Frühstück und tolles 5 Gang Abendessen in Halbpension enthalten. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Wenn wir wieder nach Krk fahren, buchen wir sicher wieder im Riva.」
