「My fifth stay at this hotel and it is a very enjoyable experience. Although the food is in buffet form the standard is very high. The outside dining terrace has splendid views. The new wing adds a third swimming pool which is indoor and outdoor. All pools are heated. The main language used in the hotel is German.」

「I found the bed full of ants. I was sleeping and when I opened the eyes, there was full of ants on my charms. They change the room without any help for the dresses. They don’t refound nothing for this problem.」

These convenient makes it 19 out of 10 for us. Come back to this area is a must for us. Ranko apartment made it all better . Kitchen equipments is in need of new wares. But otherwise great! 」

「Staff were lovely. All inclusive was great. Had a great stay. A few small areas need improvement: air con wouldn’t cool, heated towel racks don’t work, grounds overgrown - need gardener to mow lawn areas, no lighting after dark when leaving restaurant. Had to use mg torch on my phone to find my way back to my room. 」

「No AC is one thing, but no fans, no air circulation, dirty bathroom with broken facilities. Staff were drinking and smoking outside instead of helping at the very full counter. Parking is a nightmare. Refused a refund or credit. We left and ate the fee. 」

Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und hochwertig ausgestattet, alles ist makellos sauber und im gesamten Hotel herrscht eine unglaublich angenehme Atmosphäre.
