「the hotel itself was great, staff were very helpful. They could do with installing double glazing in the building however, as it got quite noisy early in the morning given how close traffic / heavy lorries pass to the hotel. We were in the top floor, but were still woken up by it early doors!」

「The Sun Inn is a great location in the centre of Faversham. There is no on site parking facility and it took a while to locate overnight parking. We used the train station and walked. The staff were very friendly and professional. Lovely room and very nice breakfast. Enjoyed our stay .」

「Howfield Manor is a really lovely hotel. Quite a unique venue. The staff were so helpful. This is my second time at the hotel yesterday was for sisters Celebration of Life. We were in the marque which was beautifully laid out, the food was extremely good and the staff were very helpful. We had a lovely room which was very clean and we had a superb view of the gardens. Highly recommended.」

High quality tea and coffee plus biscuits in the room and to top it all an excellent breakfast the next day. Thank you for a wonderful stay in this delightful boutique bead and breakfast close to all amenities. 」

The hosts are quite knowledgeable about the area, with wonderful suggestions on both sights and food. Check in and out could not be easier. And it’s a quick walk from Canterbury West Station.」

「Overall it's good. The service is excellent, and the room is cosy. But there was only one drawback which we met a private party. Therefore, the spa, Sunna cannot used as much as we can.」

「I would like to ask for a full refund really but I know I won't get one. We were left in property on our own and told to lock up when we come and go. The sheets on the beds were dirty. Bathroom dirty. Tea and coffee in the room but no milk. We left at half 4 in the morning with little or no sleep at all. Terrible place 」

「Friendly and polite staff. Hotel located in town center with lots of shops and a variety of restaurants nearby. The on-site car park is first-come-first serve and becomes full early. Be prepared to park in off-site paid car park if you drive.」
