「The room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and great convenience. We loved our stay and are very thankful for the daily breakfast—it was a wonderful way to start each morning.」

「The only place to stay near Mendocino! It’s enchanting and will elevate any vacation. While it’s truly a place to escape and very much geared for adults we had our two older daughters (14 and 11) and they were welcomed and treated like royalty while we were there. The food at the hotel is superb along with the staff. The staff is all local and they all had great recommendations, don’t snooze on everything they tell you to do and eat! We cannot wait to go back!」

「We booked three nights, and left after the first night. The property refunded us the two nights we didn’t stay, which is the least they could do considering the health hazard they pose. We stayed in the Anderson Valley room. Riddled with mold to the point that it triggered an asthma attack. The room clearly had water damage throughout based on the warped floor and the smell. What you’re seeing online is nothing close to reality. The staff that we spoke to over the phone were friendly, but...

「The hotel's promotional photos greatly lowered the hotel's grade, because I think the actual environment of the hotel is much better than in the photos, completely beyond my imagination, the room is very clean and tidy and the scenery is extremely beautiful, the only drawback is that there is no ham sausage for breakfast」

「Our “Ocean View” room was actually mostly a “Parking Lot” view room. It seemed like we heard every door in the hotel slam between 6:00am and 8:00am. The included breakfast was very disappointing, pretty much yogurt, oranges, and pastries, probably the worst I’ve ever experienced.」
