Oh this place is beautiful. The main Lodge is a gorgeous building, full of fascinating books and accessories for sale. (Not to mention the sweetest cats). Stanford has the only indoor pool and hot tub for 100 miles. The restaurant was hot garbage, but Mendocino is chock full of wonderful places to eat.

Wonderful birthday destination! The accommodations were cozy, loved the fireplace. Ravens Restaurant was amazing! Every single meal!! We had massages and took a cooking class with Sid. We enjoyed the dry sauna, hot tub and pool that were all located in a greenhouse type setting. So relaxing.

Lovely Mendocino retreat

This is a beautiful property. The grounds include gardens and also a number of animals. There are donkeys, llamas, and horses. They are dog friendly here. The rooms are charming, mission style cabin feeling. There is an Nespresso machine in your room, which is wonderful!

We had an ocean view from our balcony, along with a beautiful view of the grounds. The fire place in the room was amazing to snuggle up by at night. The beds were comfy. The vegan restaurant on site was amazing. And the completely vegan chocolate chip cookies in the room, well I think I’ll be dreaming about those the most.
