「Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. 「I stayed there last month and slept like a baby, everything was great. This time I didn't have the same experience. Hardly slept as the AC hardly worked. Even though it was set at 70 it never made it under 75. The towels were also stained, terrible job in the room, and when asked non-smoking or smoking room. 「Minimal hotel」

「I understood the bedding was only changed every 3 days but I thought they would make the beds every day. I reported it to the front desk and nothing changed. Only on the days the sheets were changed fed did the beds get made and one other day. For what we paid I expected more. The breakfast was lovely and it was nice to have coffee and tea available all the time.」

「My room was clean but the bathroom was less than. I could still see hair in my drain from the last guest and the toilet was not clean on the sides of the toilet bowl . And I could be not nitpicking but in a hotel where germs are many the bathrooms should be extra. The gentlemen who works the front desk in the morning clearly hates his job. 「The property was not what I was expecting. It was breathtaking. Stellar views of the water. The balcony was huge and my entire party was able to sit out and have morning coffee/tea. Our family will be back for future visits.」
