「Staff was a bit rude, and unhelpful. Actually not great at all.」

「Nice and clean room,」

「Wonderful hotel」

「By far, the best hotel in Palermo. The Teatro Massimo suite was gorgeous. I didn’t want to leave! I had a lot of heavy luggage and traveling solo and the staff helped me with my bags and did not charge me a late check out fee. The room had everything and even came with a flat iron. lol I was in heaven. Grazie mille per tutti, Rosy!」

「Spacious apartments. A little far from the center of town. In a residential area」

「Beb centrale la sig Simona simpatica e accogliente tutto ok」

「The room was clean and comfortable with view of the park. Air conditioning effective and quiet. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast buffet was good. Lots of choice.」

「Positive: clean room. Good air con. Good shower. Friendly cleaning lady. Negative: Room very basic. Window to very dirty alley. No amenities such as shower gel etc. Not right in the centre but a 15-20 minute walk required. The walking is not so bad, but you walk through a very run down and dirty area. Half the time on the road as cars are blocking pavement, as children and youth are wizzing past on electric scooters. It is called a bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast. I am...

「Lovely, kind staff, comfy bed, excellent location (close to food and walkable to city centre) and adorable kitties welcome you when you enter the building!」

Close to the harbor, suitable for tourists traveling by ship. The penthouse has a great view, with a cup of coffee, enjoy the view of the sea and enjoy a slow life in Sicily.」
