"I don’t usually write reviews. The only exceptions are if the product is just that poor or the product is just that good. The property is immaculate and the staff was wonderful. The burgers and fries were epic 😁. My only regret was that I checked in late and checked out about six hours later to catch a flight."

"The hotel was wonderful. Very clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and courteous. It was our anniversary and there was a card in our room from the hotel. I thought that was really nice of them. The outdoor patio is amazing. Only downside is the elevator is extremely slow."

"We were in the room toward the front of Berlin Resort. The back rooms had a porch facing the landscaped grounds behind them. Our room was nicely furnished but we’d have preferred the rooms with the porch and rocking chairs if we would’ve known they were available ."

"We have stayed quite a few times there and always seem to return because we know it is for the most part very clean. Most of the staff is very nice and helpful and we enjoy seeing Dave who is a driver we have been knowing him for a few years also Kevin is very nice. Mary is very nice and also Bre . They have a breakfast buffet that I found to be quite good compared to a few years back and I invited some friends to eat with us there at the hotel. The rooms are why we always seem to go back because they definitely clean them well. Looking forward to another stay."
