「Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot.」

「This place is awesome! It's clean and very comfortable. It's just like being at home, there was plenty of room and it has everything you need. The beach is just a short walk and beach access was very easy. The staff is exceptionally nice and very polite. We had an issue upon check-in and the maintenence man took care of it right away! We will definitely stay here again!」

「A code on the AC flashed and when we let ownership know there was a technician there within the hour:). A block from the beach was perfect. Back patio area could have been raked and cleaned up better but no big deal.」

「Friendly Staff」

「I do not like this property at all. There was no help regarding the staff. It was not as clean as it was shown to be in the pictures. The pictures are very deceiving. The pullout bed in the living room was very flat. It needs to be replaced. I don’t know how they expect anyone to sleep on there. It was a horrible experience overall at night. It’s pitch black there’s no lighting. That’s adequate. There was some type of pool party going on till late, which was disturbing when we had to wake up...

「Miles at the front desk was incredible. Got us a room immediately well before official check in time and was very pleasant and helpful with all the information we could possibly need.」

「The stay was OK except for the air-conditioning unit is very loud and we did not get a very good sleep when brought to the attention of the reservation desk in the front they just said oh yeah we get that complaint a lot that fell unacceptable to me. A property can be very clean and well-maintained and everybody nice but if you don’t get a good sleep there what good is it?」

「Our stay at La Quinta was excellent! The facility is clean, staff is friendly, ocean view is terrific, and proximity to restaurants and shops is perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and updated. Breakfast was also really great, especially enjoying it outside near the waterfall and in the shade. We will certainly choose this hotel again on our next visit to Cape Canaveral.」
