「Booked last minute for a work trip and was pleasantly surprised with staff! I wasn’t feeling well and showed up to the hotel rather early, explained my situation and without a doubt the gentleman at reception helped me out and gave me a room as soon as it became available. The cafe downstairs has delicious drinks, and room was clean! Will def be booking here again」

「This was our first trip to the financial district. We met friends of ours for an incredible night in the city. We originally had blocked midtown but decided we were hoping to be able to do ferry and 9/11 memorial so I switched hotels. Unfortunately we had terrible weather and weren’t able to do the outside activities, however, we are gonna come back in May and the for us are gonna stay here again. I will never stay anywhere but here for any future trips to New York City. If I could get more...

「It’s a good choice for short-term travel! The room is not big, but very new and clean! There are also breakfast coupons every day, which I didn't expect. It's very close to Midtown. To be honest, there were too many people staying in Midtown for a few days. The distance here is just right and it's very convenient to go to various attractions! The hotel staff are also very nice! Thanks!」

「The hotel is also in a great location, very close to attractions, for example, we can walk to the Empire State Building! It is definitely a very good choice for family travel! The hotel service is great, the staff are friendly, especially Jason. He helped me a lot.」

「The room is wonderful! The staff was awesome especially considering they were working on Christmas! The room had nice amenities such as a robe, the shampoo was really nice and upscale, loved the water bottle and free flavored water in the lounge. There is also a restaurant attached that you can order from and pick up food if you’re super tired from a day of walking! And it’s nicely located within walking distance to so many things and within steps of the subway. Loved it!!」

「The location might be a bit off for those who should love to live in the busy area, but it is 5 min walk to the major line to go to main attraction. The location is quiet and cozy. The room is well designed for the use of the space and the hotel staff just amazingly friendly and helpful. 」
