「Dorothy and her mom was very nice and helpful. Expedia you all dropped the ball big time. The GM that was on duty Tuesday made no attempt to address my concerns or even talk to me and Declan who was another manager not on site made no attempt to address my concern. 「Great 2 BR unit and amenities in a nice location just a couple blocks to North OC beach though far from the Boardwalk. Our family really enjoyed our 2-night stay! The very clean outdoor hot tub was fantastic and just what our tired bones needed! Just make sure maids are always cleaning out bathroom spa tub jets but ZERO issues with cleanliness otherwise.A wonderful experience and I highly recommend!」
