「タクシーを5回くらい使ったが、全ての運転手が知っていた。（タクシー代相場は中心部から1500～2000テンゲ位）。湯沸かしポットがあった（他ではない宿が多かった。）バスタブもあって部屋も広かった。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれた。夕食ビュッフェは味や種類は普通だったが、近くにあまりレストランがない地域だと思うので、（特に自分の場合は年始に宿泊したので）寒い中レストランを探す必要がないだけでも夕食付きにしてよかったなと思った。」

「Im Canadian and this was my first time in astana. The cab ride to here at night was beautiful, I checked in around 2 am, and there was security and the check in was fast and simple, i slept like a baby, it was very quiet, clean, and very comfortable. For the price, I have zero complaints and am very happy. Id stay here again, I dont mind that its a bit old, it has character and there is lots of cheap food walking distance. 」
