「Wonderful place in the center of town. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Very clean. Was close to everything front ports to food. We took a Lyft to each place and Lyft in Galveston was extremely reasonable. Great place especially for the money. 」

「AC worked great- 👍 there was one issue - something made a loud banging noise that was a bit annoying while trying to sleep. The room was cleaned every day and the staff were excellent. 」

「We stayed here prior to going on a cruise, btw only 2 minute's from the port. Excellent hotel,rooms super clean staff is friendly and a nice breakfast the next day. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to staying for a cruise or just a visit.」

「It was awful and disgusting the workers are sweet though… I pulled back the sheets and there were mystery stains they came with a pack of new sheets straight out the pack and changed them. Then there was fecal matter on the wall I had to leave after that. I couldn’t take anymore then seeing a woman outside with just a shirt and no underwear when leaving around a group of men and some other girls was insane… when I checked out I got the dirtiest look but I was disgusted and terrified to stay over...

「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「Staff is wonderful! Very welcoming, helpful and professional. We missed the happy hour, but listening to other patrons, they enjoyed it. For March weather the a/c worked fine, maybe in July it might be a little hot. Cleanliness can be improved quite a bit, (floors, baseboards, behind the bed, under the small night stands (only know that because I dropped something and it rolled under the bed) Breakfast is great and the French pressed coffee is AMAZING! 」

「This is the most lovely hotel in a great location and the rooms are big and clean. The lobby is huge with breakfast at both ends. Very good. Checkin and out was a breeze and staff was friendly and helpful. Didn’t use the pool because it was too popular. Had a view of the gulf with a balcony. Soooo lovely!」
