「This resort is the perfect spot if you have kids. Perfect size pools and beach. Food and drinks were great!」

「The rooms were nice, our room only had the 2 beds and microwave and fridge. No hairdryer so make sure to bring one. It is about a 15 minute drive to Clearwater which was nice to eat. There were not any shops in a walking distance but the beach was right on property!! 」

「There was so much to do! I loved the pool and beach options. Your room comes with beach loungers and umbrellas that are set up for you by fabulous staff! There is a bar called Salty's right off the beach with awesome, fun drinks. There are several restaurants, including a higher end Italian restaurant with live music. There is also a cabana area with acoustic performs, firepits, and super comfy couches. Everything is easy to get to and well-maintained. There is also a lot for kids, including...

Staff did not answer or respond to calls timely or at all. The photos that are displayed were not accurate and did not truthfully reflect the conditions of this hotel. 」

「We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」
