「I took my family on a trip and when we first got to our mini home, there was crumbs and dirt all over the floors and tables, the bed covers were torn and it advertised free wifi and tv. We had neither. I called front desk and they were lovely but all over the place! The staff was under knowledgeable and kept transferring me back and forth, after an hour. 「Incorrectly booked another hotel for the wrong night. Cora took us in last minute and was gracious to all of us, even making up a second bed last minute and bringing milk for evening tea.
