「We booked this on the day and arrived within several hours of making the reservation, and Manolo the owner was there to greet us. Lovely friendly man who runs the 14 century hotel as a hobby while running a dental practice. The attention to detail in the hotel is superb and location is in the old part of town with very narrow streets (when driving) but well worth hunting it down. 「We rolled up around 9pm and the front office was already closed, but we lucked out by hitting up the staff on WhatsApp. She was super sweet and got us checked in, even though her English wasn't perfect—she tried her best to explain everything and was so helpful. The place is gorgeous and full of traditional charm. If you've got the time, I'd say stay at least two nights to really soak it all in!」
