I was offered an upgrade for a very reasonable price but declined and the standard room I had was more than sufficient and had everything I needed. 「The room was very clean. No attraction place nearby but very close to Luton Airport perfect for business trips. Food in the restaurant was good but not something special.I like the bed, it's very good quality and the bathrooms is very clean. 」

「I loved the interior decor of the hotel and the ambience. The rooms were in good condition for the age of the property. All the staff were super friendly and helpful but at times there were not enough especially at breakfast time. The breakfast choices were a bit similar with brioche buns or sourdough on most dishes making it hard to choose if bread is not your thing. 」

「The hotel used to be an IBIS hotel, so have similar decoration. The room is basic but sufficient, actually slightly better than I expected. No lift.」
