The B&B is situated in a convenient location between the main street of Bathurst and Mount Panorama on a beautiful hillside location. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and very knowledgable about the local area.

Excellent B & B

Large comfy room. Very clean. Friendly hosts with full breakfast in the morning. My only problem was Internet was not great downstairs and TV channels are very limited but if asked whether I would stay again my answer would be definitely yes

Great place to stay

Stayed here a couple of times and have all been positive every time I stayed. Therese and Andrew are lovely people who will make you feel like home. Rooms are cleaned, location is good, breakfast is nice as well. Will definitely be coming back. Michael

Everything was good as expected. Great hosts, lovely property, breakfast filling. Only minor thing was the towels - they were very stiff and hard. Yet the bath robes were silky smooth? But overall a very enjoyable experience. Thank you Andrew and Therese.

Would like to have stayed longer

I booked this stay with only a few hours notice and experienced a very prompt and friendly check in upon arrival. Very clean and well thought out space with views over the city. Meal room caters for large and small groups alike with a good selection for breakfast. I managed to leave my phone charger behind and the manager contacted me within 15 minutes to let me know. A relaxed and welcoming space and would definitely stay here again.

We will be back!

This was the first time we had stayed in a B & B. The hosts, Andrew and Teresa, made us feel very welcome from the time we arrived until our departure. The room was very comfortable and well appointed, with ready access to coffee and tea. We needed to leave very early on one day of our stay. Teresa made sure that we were able to have breakfast before we left. The extra care was appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend this gem.
