Polite, efficient staff. Beautiful clean, airy room. A slightly quirky hotel. However, my room missed an accessible mirror (I am very short sighted), the fixed soap and lotion was difficult to reach and the TV wasn’t working.

The Kennard
Staff were very pleasant. The room was big and perfect, breakfast excellent, plenty of choice. Location great for city centre. Would definitely stay again.

The Ayrlington
Lovely room and a fabulous breakfast in the morning. Quite pricey to then have to pay extra for breakfast and parking on top too. We’ve stayed a few times and would definitely stay again.

Apex City of Bath Hotel
The upgrade room was very spacious and well presented. We did try and book the swimming pool but unsuccessfully. Staff were very helpful and always attentive. Will definitely stay with this brand of Hotel again
