"Average Stay I recently stayed at this hotel and had a decent experience. While the exterior of the building appears a bit worn out, the room itself was clean and functional. However, it lacked any standout features or amenities that would elevate it beyond a basic, no-frills stay. Overall, it was an okay place to rest, but not particularly impressive."

Harga terjangkau.

Harga cukup terjangkau buat hotel bintang 4. Nginap 1 malam disini bareng suami dan 1 orang anak 7 tahun, baru masuk kamar langsung on-kan TV tapi gak mau nyala, ternyata batrei remotenya. Pool butuh perbaikan, akses menuju pool kayak gudang penyimpanan barang-barang. Banyak nyamuk di pool. Tapi bagus ada pool anak. Saya bayar biaya tambahan untuk sarapan anak Rp50.000 tapi gak ada bon tertulis apa-apa. Sarapan enak, banyak macam.

Hotel is situated away from main road and is quiet. Bed mattress was comfortable but sofa chair was unsightly and needed a shampoo badly. Staff was friendly and efficient, aircon was leaking but technician came and rectify immediately. Free shuttle to shopping mall was only at 4pm (could have been more regular). Overall, stay was comfortable.

Hotel staff was friendly and room is clean and spacious. Location was good as it is close to ferry terminal and local shopping mall. Breakfast was mediocre. Internet speed was slow.

For the price , i would say , worth it , overall happy with my stay , very convenient - bcs mall and nagoya hill (3km) , breakfast not bad , staff and service was awesome (very helpful ) - nearby have street food , very nice view (lvl 11 cafe and swimming pool not bad ) - Room was good , overall just need to do maintenance , some stuff shaking (will book again if i go batam) - Welcome juice was awesome .

My stay was not bad. Bed was comfy. Free shuttle to Nagoya Hill mall and BCS. Except for water pressure was very low, swimming pool area is at an inappropriate situation and breakfast can be improved. I hope the hotel would allow early check-in for my 3rd stay in future.

Requested a non-smoking room but they gave us a smoking room. Room was missing sofa and small table. Nothing much can be expected out of the hotel. Swimming pool was dirty.

Its nice because the hote is above the hills

No bathtub it stated there’s a bathtub. But the breakfast its nice. The hotel is also near to street food so its easy for me to get food for my dinner

Just ok but not meeting my expectation

I had 2 days stay during weekend. Asking for more pillow but never reply back after being told that they will check. Room is clean. No gym. Location not very convenient. Got free shuttle to Nagoya Hill and BCS but only few selected hour. On Sunday, they have Christian service inside the hotel which I amazed at it. However, I won't come back during the weekday but will consider if I stay on weekend.

Can give a try...

Enjoyed my stay at horison.. The room n hotel are clean.. But the only prob i encounter was the room aircon does not feel the cold as in u have to wait like more than a hour than will feel the coldness.. although i adjusted the aircone tempereture up and down bt it seems making no diff.. And also the breakfast need improvement as the is not much varieties.. overall other than that shoudnt be a prob..

Hotel water pressure very Low , we stay at 9th floor , need half hour to bath . But staff very helpful , restaurant manager . driver NanDa can speak good English and give us value service . Thanks you . Will stay again .
