"The hotel room was excellent, roomy well appointed and clean. The parking was fantastic as the hotel has a huge under cover secure parking area very close by. The staff were equally excellent and a special mention for Da Silva who looked after us incredibly well."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it didn't disappoint. It is in a great location and the roof top bar is fab. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, breakfast is great. Will stay again the next time we're in verona"

"Lovely hotel, beautifully situated about 150m from the Verona Arena. The rooms are clean and well appointed, if a little lacking in character. The staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. There is a price premium for the location, but overall I think it is good value. Amenities are a little lacking but when it is so close to Piazza Bra what else could possibly be required?! This was my third visit and have never had any regrets over my choice."

"The hotel is in a super location on the lake, with stunning views. The hotel rooms are quite basic and dated. Carpets in hallways dirty and threadbare. Restaurant food was good, but service over our 5 day stay was incredibly disappointing and impersonal. We were constantly chasing staff for service, which was very annoying. The breakfast set-up is poor, disorganised and no one really in charge to keep things running smoothly. The pool and spa area are lovely and definitely a highlight."
