Traveled with a baby and the did above and beyond to accommodate us ❤️ Restaurant was ok (pagoda), a bit pricey and we had better meals outside the hotel. 」

The hotel is extremely clean and tidy with numerous unique collectibles , your eyes never get tired , like a secret garden . 「Absolutely first class- everything! Staff could not have been more attentive. The hotel rooms could not have been nicer- absolutely like new! Hotel has a historical feel with modern decor and amenities. The location was excellent as well. Close to Duomo. May go back to Orvieto just to stay here again (we only were in town one night this trip). 」

「The room is clean. There is public wifi at the lobby. No wifi in the room. 5 Euro for breakfast for each person. There is no air conditioner in the room, but it is not too hot in the room during summer timeas the hotel is on highland. There is fan in the room.」

「The lobby was very welcoming, breakfast was good as continental. The room was slightly disappointing with what the lobby suggested as a 4 star hotel. May be with a price of 80 Europe I get the most simple one. Hotel with air on all the time. Front desk was extremely helpful and let me late check out at 1pm. Location is unbeatable as the heart just a lane of 30 steps away. I will come back book a better room next time...thanks」
