「Nice hotel - probably the most expensive in the area and I stay here frequently. Even though the televisions are connected wrong in the one bedroom suites - which is incredibly stupid! But last night there were drunks fighting in the hall and slamming doors on the 4th floor after midnight. Called the desk and there is no security for the hotel - one woman on duty, alone. She said I could call the police. A place with $300 rooms should provide security, and I will not stay there again.」

「Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work.」

「I’ll start by saying that Dora at the front desk was wonderful! Very helpful and very friendly. There were serious plumbing problems that were going on Saturday morning but even though Dora was working alone that morning she took great care of us and got us moved to a new room.
