"The hotel itself was beautiful. The rooftop was amazing. The location was ideal. I came on a solo trip and I felt welcome and I felt safe. The concierge were so helpful. They helped me book not only a taxi, but even an excursion which was cheaper than what I was seeing Online. I plan to visit Cartagena again and I will definitely be staying there and we recommend it to others."
