「Lovely Place ! The room and Breakfast are very nice, but the location is kind far from the station, you should take the water taxi to go over there. Apart from this, Everything is very well.」

「A very nice stay. 」

「nice」

「Easy walk to San Marco and San Polo. Very simple breakfast. Sometimes you can heard people chat outside of building at night.」

「Best hotel experience in Venice, bar none」

「Beautiful property good location clean. Helpful staff. I didn't realize this was not a hotel when I booked so was hard to find. There is not 24 hr staff onsite but was very safe」

「Amazing hotel, very nice room and totally clean. Very nice and helpfull staff.」

「Good service!」

「Good location, nice staff, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is satisfied. Althogh the price is no cheap, it's a good choice to stay near the hottest scenic spots in Venice. However, the materials in the ketchen sink were not clean. We cleaned all the cups, plates, goblets, and the electric kettle by ourselves before use. The wifi is very slow in the room, but is okay in the reception room as well as in the dining room.」
