"We stayed one night while visiting Malinalco and Chalma and it was just right for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Area was quiet as it was away from the center of town. One thing to be aware of is that you have a bit of an uphill walk from the center of town to the hotel. Would stay here again!"

"We had a nice few days with my husband and mother. However, the adult pool needs cleaning and the food (snacks - ceviche) we ordered in the pool was not what we expected. Perhaps, it is the way they do that in Ixtapan. They exchanged it for another dish but it was not to our taste (meat of Pepito was not of good quality). Other than that, the staff were great. We had an extra bed brought in at no cost. Food in restaurant was great too. Perhaps check if there are still doing renovations when you go as the noise of the drill was a bothersome in the early afternoon when we ate there. It got solved when we moved to eat in the terrace, beautiful sights to the mountains and chant of birds. "
