「We were expecting a hot tub and there wasn’t one. The room was cold and took a good hour before it got comfortable. The tv was very old and outdated. The remote for the tv didn’t work even after changing the batteries. When I went to take my shower the water was squirting out of the shower head all over the bathroom floor and the tub was filling up because there was a clogged drain and the tub became all slimy. 「The experience is good. The location is very good, shopping and dining are convenient, the front desk is fast, the room has no odor, the location is easy to find, and there is free wireless internet.
