Barra es un lugar magico, pero el personal de hotel no ayuda mucho literal si quieres papel higienico debes ir a recepcion y te cuestionan si ya no tienes, tambien dan un numero de whatssap por si ocupas algo y nunca te atienden, el lavabo tenia fuga y la del aseo me decia que le dijera de donde exactamente, pues obvio no se solo se tiraba el agua y casi nos caemos con el agua que se acumulaba en la entrada al baño, no hay internet la pantalla es vieja y no funciono de 4 noches solo 1 noche pudimos ver una pelicula..es un hotel muy bien ubicado lastima de atencion al cliente

We loved the Alondra. Great location, ocean view, very clean. Cleaning staff were excellent. Friendly and accommodating. Some things in the room could use some TLC like the toilet seat that was broken on one hinge. Made for a bit of movement on the seat.😬 and the hot water tap was so stiff. If you have any hand weakness you would be hooped. Otherwise, all was wonderful. The pool, the view,,, wonderful!!

It was a good hotel, except the 5th floor bar was completely packed up and not as advertised in the lobby, open from 4pm to 10pm.

The room, bathroom, pools, and outside area facing the ocean were all gorgeous...i loved everything about it, BUT this has got to be the noisiest corner in all Mexico. Unbelieveable racket morning until late at night...music, partying, MOTORCYCLES constantly revving up their engines and each one playing different music. Such a shame; beautiful place and really nice staff.

Great stay, very nice property. The initial room we were given was quite small and lacked a fridge. We were given a new room right away, it was significantly bigger and had a fridge. There are two buildings, one has the pool and is beach front, the other is across a narrow street and is 5 story with a rooftop patio bar for sunset. We had no issue whatsoever crossing this small street to access the pool. There were 3 different outdoor patio areas above the pool so plenty of room to spread out. It’s a great location just a 5 minute walk through the market stalls and restaurants to reach the Melacon. All in all a great stay overall.
