「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「We enjoyed eating in a local restaurant which was within walking distance of our room. This is an absolutely beautiful facility. The only glitch we ran into at all was lack of towels in the pool room. The courtyard is so peaceful and beautiful. We always enjoy riding in the glass elevators overlooking it.」
