「Lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Breakfast was amazing. Well worth the money for the quality. Location was pretty good. Grounds were very pretty and the outside gazebo area was very useful for the great got weather we have in June 2026. Our room had air con but I believe some don't have that from what our friend said. We stayed in one of the garden buildings. These are like mini apartments and you have to walk around to the back to get into the main building. This...

「The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.」

「room is good, male staffs are nice, female staffs are a bit arrogant as a customer service staff. breakfast have a good range of choices but the quality of the food needs improvement, especially need to work on keeping the food warm enough for certain dishes 」
