Absolutely brilliant stay! The landlord and landlady were fantastic—extremely welcoming and well-organised. The place itself was very clean, well-maintained, and professionally run. Lovely stay for a weekend getaway. Owners were nice and helpful. Room was quite spacious, and fit for purpose. The mountain view was not much of a view but still ticked a box. Stayed in room 1 with my 9 year old. She liked the room and the fact that the beach was right outside. Would recommend.

If you are thinking about visiting Barmouth, the Seascape is absolutely the best place to stay. My husband and I stayed at the Seascape in Barmouth for 3 days, and we could not have had a better experience. We had a Seaview, and it was beautiful; every morning we enjoyed our coffees in the lovely seating area in our room, looking out onto the sea! The bed was sooo comfortable; at home I wake up every morning with a bit of a backache, but for the two nights we stayed here, not an ache or pain. The shower in our room was amazing! The rooms are clean and large, and with a fridge in the room, we were able to buy and bring our own food as well. By far, the BEST thing about the Seascape are Shona and Bash, our hosts and new friends!!! They are amazing, and absolutely everything you want in a host; they go out of their way to make sure their guests are well looked after...no request is too much. Shona and Bash are wonderful guests, and more importantly to my husband and I, genuinely beautiful people!
