"There was no hot water in the room and the mattress was worn out and lacked support. I left with a back ache. When I brought the lack of hot water to their attention in the morning, I was told “yeah room # - doesn’t have hot water in the sink, you should have tried the shower.” There was no way I was going to shower with cold water. No price adjustment was made. The property has a beautiful view of the lake, and a quaint ambiance. "Our room was fabulous but you can tell it is a resort under that has been recently renovated and the facilities are not completely open. Staff were excellent. It is a 10 minute walk to the water through construction site of resort. This was not mentioned. We had to drive down to enjoy. Restaurant had excellent food. I am sure this will be a great spot once finished. Hot tubs were not open yet."
