This is a beautiful property that is very spacious. The bathroom was massive and the two outdoor patios were nice. Very easy to access and the staff were very responsive.

I put 3 stars for overall because it is basic. The instructions were good only if you know how to follow them. It was not straight forward. The lobby on the ground floor is dark and no lights. However, the room is clean. Although there were no staff available but communication was good on whatsapp. The ticketed breakfast were good including the 10% discount on the restaurant. The restaurant offered good food and staff were nice.

Great service and nice location

Best service ever - extremely nice staff that went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The room was clean and very spacious. The instructions for check-in/out and the communication with the staff was very fast and clear. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at the bar around the corner. 10/10 would repeat

Bari apartment - good pick

Great stay with the family - Center of BARI, easy to access all sites and train station. Vouchers to the local student cafe for breakfast a nice touch. Instructions to get in the apartment was very clear. Recommended A+

Very central and convenient to visit on foot the old city as well as the more recent parts of town, including the central station. The flip side is that the area is busy and noisy, but safe. The property is very clean, in a well maintained building, the host is responsive and courteous, the breakfast provided in a pleasant nearby cafe. Guests in other rooms were noisy at times, but this is out of the control of the host. Overall, I was pleased with my 1 night stay.

Did not clean the room when we asked. Bathroom locked on us and we had to leave in the middle of the night to pee outside. The owner is rude and didn’t come to open the bathroom for us. He also gave us attitude and was not professional. Overcharged us and charged us a full day even though we we didn’t fly in until the next day.

Sehr laut, Fenster ohne Schallisolierung. Leider auch eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Gebäude. Die Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig. Nach 10 min in der Wohnung ohne Schuhe komplett dreckig Socken bekommen.

Acomodações condizentes com susto no check in!!!

Aposentos compatíveis com o conceito! A grande dificuldade foi fazer o check in pois coo não tem recepção, não tínhamos nenhuma informação de como proceder! Não havíamos recebido qualquer orientação prévia! Tivemos que ligar para o administrador/proprietario! Estacionamento quase que impossível! Café da manhã muito limitado em uma cafeteria nas proximidades!!! Melhores informações devem ser apresentadas quando da reserva!!!

Appartamento molto comodo sia per raggiungere il centro, sia rispetto alla stazione. Contesto silenzioso. Appartamento molto ampio ben organizzato e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ristrutturazione recente. Il check in e il check out sono da effettuarsi in autonomia tramite le istruzioni date dal gestore. Unica pecca: durante la nostra permanenza non ci siamo mai potuti interfacciare dal vivo con il gestore ma solo tramite chat.

Apartamento excelente, bem decorado e espaçoso, camas confortáveis, roupa de cama e banho muito boas. Como chegamos muito tarde da noite, nos deliciamos com o famoso talhari, café, chá e água, que foi deixado para nos receber. O café da manhã é ofertado em uma cafeteria, que fica próximo ao apartamento, era servido café, algum tipo de pão ou croissant. Bem gostoso. Super indico esse apartamento.
