"I always judge a hotel by the welcome at check in and it was a lovely experience. Basic good manners call for looking a customer in the eye when first welcoming them and smiling and I wasn’t disappointed. Lovely bathroom and room too. AC so welcome."

"Good stay in a recently refurbished hotel I had a good stay at Hotel Medona in Pula. The hotel has clearly been recently refurbished and is in excellent condition. Everything felt fresh, modern and well maintained, which made for a very pleasant stay. The staff were another highlight. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming and very helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. There were a couple of minor downsides. I found the bed to be quite hard, so unfortunately I didn’t have the best night’s sleep. The breakfast was also fairly basic, although there was enough to start the day and it was perfectly adequate. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and felt the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant experience. With a slightly softer bed and a little more variety at breakfast, it would be even better."

"Updated rooms with great Hair Dryer, Gym adequate. Bed very cheap & not comfortable. Reception staff and breakfast staff exceptional. Dinner of Salmon was not Grilled it was grease Deep Fat fried. Parking convenient. Overall good stay"
