「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera n°10 ed era davvero tutto meglio di come ci aspettassimo, oltre ad essere tutto moderno, l’alloggio è organizzato con tutte le comodità possibili. Anche i prodotti fissati al muro in bagno erano molto buoni. La terrazza molto ampia e dotata anche di tavolo, ottima per godersi il panorama tra cui uno scorcio del Garda e le montagne, stupendo. Sicuramente ci torneremo per rivivere l’esperienza, si spera al più presto!」

「We had a lovely stay at this hotel. They were very kind and checked in on our arrival time before we arrived. The breakfast is very good and a must have!! The hotel was very clean and pretty and the rooms are wonderful and spacious. Next time we’re in Verona, we will definitely stay here again!」
