「I had the best experience here I accidentally left my phone and didn’t realize until I had been gone about an hour and they had already put it aside and held it for me till i could get back there to pick it up! The staff were amazing!!!」

「After a long day of travel, I arrived at the hotel at 10:45 p.m. The room temperature was a stifling 85-90 degrees. I inquired about the reason for the high temperature, and the front desk informed me that due to low occupancy, they had turned off the air conditioning. I asked if there was a cooler room available, but unfortunately, they had none. Exhausted and frustrated, I decided to end the conversation.」

「We’re always treated well when staying at the Ramada in Yuma. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are friendly and very welcoming.」

「Hotel is modern, incredibly clean, laminate floors so you dont have to worry about mystery stains. Breakfast is terrible. Literally yogurt and muffins. That's it. The bed seemed to be made of recycled dodgeballs and tires and it was on a rickety squeaky TEMU metal frame. Good luck having quiet sleep or quiet sexy times. If you can get it at a discount, go for it. Otherwise look elsewhere.」

「The room was attractive, quiet and comfortable. The common areas were inviting and nicely decorated. I chose the hotel because I didn’t want to go out to eat. For dinner, they were out of 3 things I tried to order. For breakfast. I was seated at a dirty table. I told the server, she said she she didn’t have time to clean it, even though there was only one other person in the restaurant. I tried to order 2 things. They were out of both Although I enjoyed the hotel, I left disappointed」

「The pool had some leaves on it seem a bit dirty. The jacuzzi was turned off and dirty. I am assuming it was out of service. Good shade. Personnel over the phone were friendly. In person , at the front desk not soo much. He was a male worker」

「Staffs were nice and polite. However the room was a bit old, heater was dusty; soundproofing was bad, you could hear people walking and talking outside; no hair dryer no shampoo; furnitures were scratched.」

「Good and clean room are very impressive. The breakfast has two options. I enjoyed the break and bagel very well.」

「The room was clean. I was surprised that there were no toiletries provided, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap. Feels like something that most places provide and this was my first time experiencing not having it. Not even complimentary coffee/tea. They gave cups though.」
