「Room was clean. Staff very nice. Parking was ample. Breakfast was average. Liked the travel bag with water and snack. Second night we had a quieter room away from the highway. 」

「I called the hotel several times about a bag I left in the hotel. Unfortunately the calls were not picked up.」

「At check-in, the staff scolded me for booking through Expedia instead of calling them directly. They warned me not to leave a negative review and said the towels are brown because of bad water. They tried to rope me into a marketing scheme to tell my friends about their hotel. They re-used the card envelope which was filthy and had an old WIFI password scratched out.
