「A clean hotel, but very busy area with virtually only street parking in area. Staff tried to hold our passports after we arrived and said that they would give them back later, which we refused. Nice breakfast area and staff.」

「We just wrapped up our wonderful 11-night stay at Eremo della Giubiliana near Ragusa, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We stayed in one of the cottages, which don’t receive nearly enough attention or photos in most reviews. 「We loved the Costa Ragusa Borgo it was brand new, the room was spacious and contemporary. The service was fantastic for the buffet and the restaurants, everyone was always so eager to help. If you have kids - use the kids club, the staff is super professional! The beach was hands down amazing! So clean and clear, you can wade in forever with barely a wave. My only recommendation would be to change the towels more often ( house keeping needs some work) and the night entertainment needs some...

「This was a beautiful property with very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms had the perfect mix of old unique architecture and modern amenities. Loved the courtyard for some peace and quiet as well as a quick dip in the pool on a hot day. The breakfast was so good, fresh made pastries and eggs and cappuccino to order. We only stayed one night, but wish we could’ve stayed longer to explore more of the city.」
