Very friendly n helpful staff!
We stay at Wilson Hotel in April 2017, we request staff to recommend a good restaurant for Paella, they help do the reservation n even offer to walk us to the restaurant. Staff always try their best to help us n great smile! ;) Location is great, there are a couple nice restaurants n shopping, there is also a 24 hrs convenience store around the corner.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel und waren zufrieden. Bei der Sauberkeit (Reinigung) im Zimmer ist noch etwas Luft nach oben. Wir würden das Hotel wieder besuchen!

First time in Europe
Location was great first time being in Spain room has an amazing view of the city and it’s not too loud to hear street noise . The bed was a nice size but somehow was not too comfortable but I hear this can be something different then what we are use to in US Stayed for 8 days .

5th floor is high
Everything was great except it's not a smoke free environment. The smell of weed was everywhere on the 5th floor and was coming into my room all night. I had to sleep with the windows open to rid the room of the smell.

The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing. I had a terrible experience with Air Canada delaying my luggage and the staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Absolutely incredible service.

One night at Wilson Boutique
Just a quick overnighter before early flight home. Wilson Boutique Hotel nice & in lovely area. Lovely room: tea/coffee & fridge. Smelled a bit musty though. Was unable to work the air conditioning, but didn't ask as one night stay, just threw open the lovely large windows for breeze & fresh air (6th floor). Fab roof terrace open until around 10pm with super views.

der Aufenthalt im Hotel Wilson war gut. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich. Wir hatten ein Standard-Doppelzimmer , das war recht klein.

Chambre très propre et très confortable pour une famille de 4 personnes. Hôtel bien situé environ 15 minutes à pied d’une bouche de métro.

Nous avons réservé 2 suites. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, la réceptionniste nous donne une clé et nous dit que dans la 2e chambre il y a une personne malade dedans et qu'elle ne va pas la deranger donc elle ne peut pas savoir à quelle heure on pourra l'avoir... quant a la 1e chambre, nous avons constaté que ce netait pas une suite. Nous sommes redescendus la voir. Elle nous dit que la clim ne marche pas dans la suite que nous avons réservé et donc nous a donné une petite chambre normale. Sauf qu'elle ne nous a pas prévenu ni sest excusé. Elle aurait espéré qu'on ne s'en rende pas compte ! Nous nous retrouvons donc a 6 dans une mini chambre puisque pour la 2e , c'était incertain également. Finalement elle nous a proposé le petit déjeuner gratuit dans la petite chambre qui n'était pas bonne mais il fallait donc qu'on paye pour le petit déjeuner pour 3 personnes dans l'autre chambre !!! Arnaque total

Les suites sont identiques à la description elles sont confortables mais pas très spacieuses pour 4 et bémol la notre était en face de l’église du coup réveil à 8h Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. Rooftop petit mais sympa. Dommage le bar était fermé. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de brunch est excellent et disponible jusqu’à 13h. Je recommande si vous aimez le calme et souhaitez éviter l’affluence des chaînes hôtelières

Meget hyggelige omgivelser
Hyggeligt hotel med god og central placering. Vi boede på anden sal i midten og havde en virkelig smuk udsigt til gaden, palmer og fine bygninger overfor. Værelset var meget rummeligt og noget spartansk indrettet. Noget slidte møbler/vægge. God rengøring. Vi benyttede os ikke af hotellets morgenmad (så kedelig ud til 17€/Pers), men gik lige over gaden til en café kæde med frisklavet morgenmad til gode priser. Elevatoren var gået i stykker, da vi kom. Så vi fik først vores kufferter med op nogle timer senere, da den virkede igen. Men man kunne vente længe på den ankom. Personalet var hjælpsomt til at anvise bus til centrum. Men ellers kostede en taxa under 10€ udenfor myldretiden.

Buen hotel en general. Pero el personal pésimo, sobre todo un extranjero al parecer de origen Argentino que atiende de noche la recepción.
