I really don’t understand why this place gets so many negative reviews. People need to learn how to read and maybe they won’t struggle so much with the checking in lol. I stayed here for 10 days and everything was great! Rooms are luxurious, spacious and clean. Staff are lovely and the location is great! My only down is the pool not being deep enough but other than that I’m very very happy and I’d like to say thanks!

Dealing with customer service over the phone is a nightmare. I didn't get an email with my passcode to get in, and when I did it wouldn't work. The very next day, I had to call again since they deactivated my code for some reason. Honestly, even some other Spaniards were frustrated with the virtual reception system, a few even waited hours to get into the lobby itself. Yes, the rooms are fair for the price and the bathrooms are lovely, but the customer service is so awful that it didn't feel worth it at the end.

El establecimiento bien bien situado tranquilo.No me parecía que hubiese mucha gente por lo que nos sorprendió que los tratamientos solo se hicieran el fin de semana y con al menos 24 horas de aviso. Nosotros los días que no eran de fin de semana era cuando más tiempo teníamos para estar en el hotel. Lástima otra vez será
