Hopefully this is an easy fix. But we had 2 room where the A/C was stuck on 23 degrees. We could not cool the room down. Outside temp was 32 during the day and 26 at night. Had to have the window open all night. So not much sleep due to the noise of people leaving bars till 3am and along with being bitten all over by mosquitoes. Oh and the lift was out of order. If you want the WiFi code email before hand and get ready for a ton of email to be sent regarding the arrival and stay.
