This apartment is very well located and was super clean. We appreciated having the washer/dryer (which is a very nice one and worked well), plus the starter kit of coffee pods and kitchen soap. Last, the entry instructions and access- while fully automated and no interaction with humans- worked very well and could t have been easier. We highly recommend this apartment for your time in Barcelona!

The location of this apartment is great, close to many main attractions in Barcelona and we were able to walk to many sightseeing places or take the Metro nearby. There are quite a few restaurants nearby as well. If you want to cook breakfast by yourself, you will need to buy oil and salt because none of the basic spices is provided. It’s the same situation with washing clothes at this place because only one tablet of laundry soap is provided and the washer is tiny so you will need to buy laundry soap yourself. They only provide 2 tablets of dishwasher soap as well. The toilet paper is also rationed and there is no paper tissue provided either. There is no microwave so heating up food is challenging as they only have the toaster oven.

Great family trip in Born

We had an excellent stay at inside Barcelona, we were close to so many great restaurants and shops in Born and near trains and busses for everything we wanted to do outside of Born. They accommodated us with an early check in and a crib and high chair in great condition. The app was easy to use and the staff was very responsive by email and messages. Everything was clean and comfortable and away from the high traffic touristy parts of town. We had a great time, very satisfied with our time here!

Excellent location and walkable to a lot of attractions and dining options. We had a 2 bedroom suite and one of the bedrooms didn't have good blinds so the morning light was a bit bothersome. The oven wasn't working so they sent someone to fix it. After it couldn't be fixed they brought us a microwave oven instead. Appliances were a bit old but the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Overall we enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect. I loved the check in/out process. I would have given it 5/5, if not a few minor things: - Kitchen was missing a few essentials like salt, pepper, oil, etc - We did not have any dishwasher capsules - The washer was worker, but they drying mode was not

We liked the apartment very much and would like to stay there again. It was the perfect size for 3 people and it a very quiet street but at the same time close to a very nice area with lots of bars and restaurants. For us it was the perfect location. We loved the location of this apartment. It felt very safe and quiet, and just on the other side of the cultural center there was a plethora of dining and shopping options as well as the Picasso museum. on our departure day the office people were very nice and friendly and we were able to leave our luggage there, which gave us a few more hours to enjoy the El Born neighborhood. Our family was very happy to stay here and would stay here again if we return to Barcelona.

The property was as described and perfect for our long stay. It is in a quieter area but with ample dining options as well as groceries within an easy walk. There is a hop-on/hop-off bus stop just down the road which makes seeing all the sites easy. The property was clean and well presented and was cleaned once during our stay which was perfect. Accessing the property was easy and when I dropped the coffee pot the housekeeping manager was extremely accommodating and delivered a new one very quickly without fuss. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would highly recommend the property!

Saved our vacation

Our room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we could want. Most importantly, communication with Mariana was excellent from before we even checked in. We forgot our passports and cash in the safe and she immediately found a way to let us know. We had already left the city but she was able to overnight everything to our next hotel. We could continue our vacation without worries. Thank you, Mariana!
