Everything was incredible from start to finish. I would 100% recommend this spot to any friends and will be staying here again when we come back. The location is perfect and walking distance to much of the key sights seeing spots in the city. Even though it’s on a busier street, the sound proof windows blocked the noise completely. The rooftop bar/restaurant was a great vibe and perfect for a quick bite/drink before the night out. Breakfast was also great and a fantastic way to start the day.

Very nice hotel located in the Barcelona University area, close to many restaurants, shops, metro stations. The room was large enough for two people, clean, quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to have a place to stay in the Barcelona city center.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Casa Luz. Hotel was very clean. The location was perfect for getting to the sites we wanted to see. When we didn’t walk, the metro and bus lines were very close and hotel staff was very helpful in our first navigation. We also included breakfast with our stay, which had a nice variety and made to order egg dishes. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a week for a festival with a friend. Staff were attentive and helpful from the get go, upgrading us to a room with a balcony as we checked in. The location is spot on as well and while we had been out late for the festival the room was soundproof and had no problems getting to sleep and the room was always cleaned the next day while we headed back out. Cannot fault this stay at all and will be back next year!

Genaro!!!!! Upon check in, I felt at ease! Genaro and his colleagues were oh so friendly and greeted me with so much grace and energy. I traveled in from France and travel days are always meh, but they made getting settled so easy. The rooms are amazing, the view from the rooftop, the comfy bed. 10/10 would stay here again (in fact, I extended my stay) what a wonderful experience in a great area for exploring Barcelona.
