The all technology approach to checking in and keys was difficult. To top it off after many emails before we arrived, demanding information and payment of the city tax, the night clerk woke us up at 1:30 AM saying we hadn’t paid and he demanded we come downstairs and pay at that moment.

Good Clean Hotel at Great Location

Ideal for short stay, great location and helpful staff. A little noisy at night with the traffic outside if your room is facing that way. Clean room, limited TV channels.

Beautiful Hotel off the Sagrada Familia walking distance to everything! If you have a car, they have access to a near by parking lot with a discount! It was just perfect! Nicely sized rooms! Clean and comfortable. Our room had a balcony and loved it

Check in was only at 3pm, although they took in our luggage’s at an early time. We didn’t actually sleep there as we have a flight late night. We just rested for a while. Room was nice - we like it, staff were friendly. Nice and clean hotel. My son said we always get nice hotel from Expedia.

The hotel is ideally situated in the Sagrada Família area, surrounded by numerous attractions and activities. I enjoyed my stay there. The staff were friendly and helpful. One room for improvement regarding the check-out process. The reception was not staffed during the 11 AM check-out time, making it inconvenient, especially when handling multiple pieces of luggage. Installing a check-out box could eliminate the need to visit a nearby counter for check-out.

Worse room ever - avoid at all cost!

Triple room @ €200 per night not breakfast and it was like sleeping in the street as you could hear everything as the badly cover a big window with a panel for privacy as otherwise everyone walking by could see you in the room. To make things worse, the room is behind the reception where they have a coffee machine and every time anyone was making a coffee, you could hear the horrendous noise as well as every conversation of anyone going through the reception… 3 nights of barely sleeping! We asked for another room and we were told in the evening “in the end, we couldn’t do it and the best I can do is offer you free ear plugs”. To add injury, the receptionist tried to convince us that it was ok because it was a small hotel, because of the area…blah blah. Manager didn’t get involved either and didn’t contact us at all. Worse experience ever. Don’t risk it!!

Anyone passing by could see inside the room with minimum effort too.

The location was great, but the hotel elevator was broken, the bathroom it smells like urine, but terrible, we hadto keep the bathoroom door close all the time. The housekeeper try to take that smell away, but she can't. Our first day there we sleep for most of the day because the time different and I miss the housekeeper when she pass and I call the reception (oh the reception of hostemplo is located in hostemplo boutique), no one is in hostemplo sagrada familia during the day a couple times you see somebody there and at night is nobody in reception. So I call the hostemplo phone number after we woke up and a emplyee answer, I ask him for towells and he told me that they can't give me towels because the housekeeper left already, I told him oh sorry I didn't knew that but we need towels, he told me REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT IN A 5 STAR HOTEL. That was it for me, I told my self just relax and forget what he say. For me it was a terrble stay. Ah also the TV channels are bad, like nothing to watch on Tv.

地下鉄L5ラインのSagrada Familiaから歩いてすぐ。近くに小さなスーパー、コインランドリー、美味しいチュロス屋さんがありとても便利な上、滞在中毎日Sagrada Familiaを見られるのが最高でした。部屋は清潔で、フロントにウォーターサーバーと軽いお菓子やフルーツが置いてある気遣いもありがたかったです。
